Ongoing care & updated COVID-safe guidelines at SACIC
Providing care in a COVID-Safe environment for the wellbeing of our clients and our staff has always been, and continues to be, SACIC’s focus.
To maintain a COVID-Safe service, SACIC requires you and anyone attending an appointment with you to:
- Wear a mask at all times, including in public areas and treatment rooms (unless proof of exemption is provided)
- Sanitize your hands on entry
- Maintain a physical distance of at least 1.5m

COVID-Safe check in on arrival via the myGov app or registering your details at Reception is no longer required at SACIC. Evidence of vaccination is no longer required and children under 12 years of age are once again welcome to attend your appointment with you.
SACIC staff are still required to wear a mask in appointments at all times and will continue to use NALScribe (voice-to-text transcribing) to support communication.
