REFERAL GUIDE

How to be referred?

To receive Medicare rebates you will need to have a current referral from your General Practitioner (GP). If your audiologist or hearing aid provider has suggested a cochlear implant assessment, please contact us and we will forward a letter for you to take to your GP. Your GP will be able to review the information and decide if referral is appropriate. We are happy to provide your GP with any further information required. Once a referral has been obtained we recommend you see one of our surgeons first and then an implant audiologist.
