COVID-19 'Stay at Home' state-wide shut down

Following the South Australian Government’s announcement of a COVID-19 seven-day lockdown, SACIC will be providing essential services only for the next seven days. This will take effect from close of business today, 20 July 2021.

In the case of an ‘off air’ emergency or for troubleshooting assistance please contact SACIC’s emergency mobile 0497 621 599 (voice/SMS). A staff member will be on call during this time and available to offer support.

For non-urgent matters, please contact SACIC on (08) 8379 4500 OR contact@sacic.com.au OR via the ‘Contact Us’ option on our website www.sacic.com.au

Please be assured if you have an existing appointment for routine care, we will be in touch as soon as possible to reschedule.

The Government also announced that all non-urgent elective surgery is suspended from 20 July 2021. If you have an upcoming surgery, please speak directly with your SACIC Surgeon, who is the best person to provide you with advice in relation to surgery.

As always, SACIC’s priority is ensuring the health and safety of the community, including our clients and staff, and we will continue to closely monitor the latest information and advice from SA Health. It is possible SACIC will need to continue to change how we operate over the coming days and weeks under the direction of SA Health and we will do our best to communicate with you in a timely manner.

The team at SACIC remain committed to supporting you in this rapidly changing environment and we appreciate your understanding of the necessary changes to our operations. We care about you and your hearing and we are here to help. Please reach out if you need us.
